That two-test framework for pricing metrics is incredibly clean. The 15-second explainability rule cuts through so much noise because if sales can't articulate it fast, procurement will definitely choke on it. I've been in situations where we had a "value metric" that required a spreadsheet to justify, and it killed momentum every singel time. The insight about secondary metrics being upgrade drivers is underrated too.

That Eleven labs price increase is like 4X (50% cut and 2X price)….that’s huge

Kinda makes me think that these (more efficient than labour) costs will surpass labour cost by 2035
